Collaborative Robotic Cell

Robots deployed to support workers in part assembly, disassembly, and inspection at CEMBRE‘s loading and unloading stations. The system autonomously appoints tasks to operators and robots according to what and how the human is doing, exchanging jobs, and adapting to the movement in real-time its motion as a natural worker companion.

The cell has been designed in Sharework projects with the partnership of Cembre Spa, CNR-STIIMA and Flexible Manufacturing System provider MCM.

This project has received funding from the European Union’s Horizon 2020 research and innovation programme under grant agreement No. 820807
